Based in the Bay Area, I'm a scientist at Pacific Biosciences leading a group of scientists with backgrounds in biophysics, molecular modeling, statistics, and bioinformatics. We work on an array of projects aimed at fundamentally improving SMRT sequencing.
Before PacBio, I obtained my PhD in Biophysics at UC Berkeley in Andreas Martin's lab.
